Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 active certified IP67 just two days ago and it is assumed that you affected the United States and Sweden in the summer.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 active is powered by the same Snapdragon 600 as the Galaxy S4 vanilla chipset, but comes with an 8MP camera and 5 "1080, TFT screen. The rest of the specifications are equal. The active galaxy S4 is certified IP67 for dust and water resistance (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).

Samsung has not specified the details of prices in the announcement, but today we have some information on the Russian official price. The active galaxy S4 will be costs exactly the same as the flagship of the Galaxy S4 in Russia (some 700). That means the same probably applies in the rest of the world.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 costs slightly less than 550 in the majority of markets, so expect Samsung to release the Galaxy S4 active in envelope the same price point. It makes sense, since the asset has almost identical hardware as the S4 and adds a more hard dust and resistant casing water as a compensation for the low resolution and lack of AMOLED screen camera.
