Mozilla and Foxconn, organise a demonstration on June 4

Mozilla has apparently succeeded in concluding an agreement with Foxconn, the two companies will hold a press conference on 4 June in Taipei.

Not much is otherwise known, other than Foxconn, suggesting that one or several smartphones 'later', under Firefox OS would be exposed. This sounds exciting that Mozilla has not really managed to hit gold with GeeksPhone Keon and the peak, which seem to be the best offeringsq, running the infants bones so far.

However, with Sony, admitting that they are working on a device using Firefox which should launch in 2014 (if everything goes as planned) jungle smartphone could be a surprise.

Foxconn joined a growing number of partners who intend to OS in Firefox to become a rival worthy of current titans of mobile OS in the likes of Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Those who understand ZTE, Huawei, Alcatel and Sony on the side of the manufacturer and T-Mobile and Telefónica being the most important carriers.

Let's just wait and see the mixed Foxconn announcements and event Mozilla will finally be.
