Apple may be close to a deal with China Mobile

Apple has agreements with two of these three airlines in China China Unicom (carrier of the second largest in China, signed the agreement in 2009) and China Telecom (major third, agreement signed last year). But the Cupertino giant is by entering Alliance with the largest company in China and indeed the world, Chine mobile (with 740 million subscribers).

Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, has traveled for the second time this year to China and met with Xi Guohua, President of the company. "We are actively negotiating and both sides are interested. There are still some trade issues and the technology require time to resolve, "he said.

What has changed in the past Apple's chipset Qualcomm-made, which supports 4G technology owned by China than most other chipsets not.? These chipsets, Apple does not have to spend time and resources to design a specific Chinese version of the iPhone (which the company has been reluctant to do).

Apple really needs that China is the world's largest smartphone market, but the iPhone has been fighting there - its market share has been sliding and is now very far from Samsung and local brands. With Canalys analysts believe the lowest cost iPhone 5 c which has set fire to the rumor mill will be perfect for the China market as the regular iPhone is too expensive in comparison to low-cost, highly specialized phones of Chinese brands.

This agreement can be beneficial to Apple and China Mobile, as two giants have seen their earnings depression recently.
