Nokia Lumia 1020 goes to China, costing $980 unlocked

The flagship of Nokia Lumia 1020 camera is finally ready to expand its availability outside the United States. PureView monster has just hit the shelves in China and is available for both purchase SIM-free and in the contract.

If you use China Unicom's network, you will be able to get a shiny new unlocked Nokia Lumia 1020 CNY5, 999, which translates into around $980. That is as much as a 32 GB Apple iPhone 5 costs in China.

Alternatively, China Unicom will be offering the Nokia Lumia 1020 for only CNY999 ($163) If you agree to sign a CNY386 of 3 years ($63) per month of the contract.

The camera accessory grip will cost you an additional CNY499 ($81,50).

China Mobile, the world's largest airline, will be next in line to receive with the camera, but the rest of the world will have to wait at least another month.
